Industrial tankcleaning
Sludge, residue and product build up in process and storage tanks. Cleaning them is confined-space hazmat work, and the contents have to go somewhere legal.
DOSH
Inspection,repair, capacity
Tanks get cleaned for inspection, repair, a change in product, regained capacity, or before they're taken out of service. Every one of those means people working inside a confined space with residues that may be hazardous.
Alliance crews are confined space entry certified, OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER trained and work under a NIOSH-approved respirator program. Tank contents are characterized and disposed of with manifested, DOT-certified transport.
